Wow

I just found out that last spring semester at UND I won a contest with an essay that I turned in for a Women Studies class. The essay that I turned in was "How Does Feminism Function in a Mennonite World" and I won the undergraduate division. That is so surprising to me. I didn't even know that my professor had turned my paper in! She apparently held on to my paper and turned it in last year. Now if only I can get that essay published in the Winkler Times...lol.....
